  House Rules

• Maintain cleanliness: Please leave the space as you found it.

• Lock the apartment door: Always lock the apartment door with the key when you leave.

• Room security (optional): For safety and peace of mind, you may lock your room with the key when leaving the apartment.

• Quiet hours: Respect sleeping hours between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

• Noise reduction: Please reduce noise. As this is a building, let's avoid disturbing other neighbors.

• Lights: Switch off the lights when leaving any room.

• Appliances: Turn off the water, gas, and oven when not in use.

• Dishes: Clean your own dishes.

• Bathroom cleanliness: Please mop down the floor after showering.

• Fragrances: Use perfume in the bathroom and leave the door open for ventilation.

• Personal products: Use your own bathroom products and laundry detergent (soda) for the washing machine.

• Washing machine use: The washing machine program is set for 30 minutes (program no. 10), usable once per week. Avoid washing heavy objects.

• Linens: Fresh sheets and towels are provided weekly.

• Shoes: Shoes should be kept in the corridor.

• Router reset: If needed, reset the router by unplugging it for 15 seconds, then plug it back in.

• Longer bookings: The room is available for longer bookings. Please inform the host as soon as you know your plans. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed due to unpredictable platform guest booking.
